He has experience in M&A, securities, ’33 and ’34 Act compliance, start-ups, corporate governance, lending/credit, private equity, venture capital, real estate, professional licensing and general corporate law.
Mr. McLemore is a Member of Thrift & McLemore based in Atlanta. Prior to joining Thrift & McLemore, Mr. McLemore was a commercial litigator with Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs in Atlanta and then an independent commercial real-estate and business attorney. Mr. McLemore brings over fifteen years of experience representing business clients in litigation.
Jonathan Barash offers his clients a broad-ranging commercial litigation practice which includes business litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, real estate disputes, restrictive covenants and covenants not to compete litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, business divorces, and commercial collections.
Matthew P. “Matt” Collins has spent over 25 years helping individual and small businesses that face varied legal challenges. As an undergraduate from the University of Georgia, Mr. Collins graduated with a business degree and thus understood early the importance of sound business decisions.
Ms. Scott has litigated claims in courts throughout Georgia and Florida as well as represented clients in countless alternative dispute resolutions proceedings. She focuses her energies on contract disputes and collections. She has a successful track record of negotiating on behalf of clients and aggressively litigating when necessary.
Mr. Bailey was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017, receiving his JD from Georgia State University College of Law that same year. Prior to law school, Kent worked for a publicly held consulting corporation as well as a privately held petroleum retailer here in Atlanta. He brings his background in corporate negotiation and financial analytics to Thrift and McLemore.
